I have a question regarding long term problems with fractured tailbone. Tailbone had hairline fracture about 5 years ago. It has never fully resolved .... have had episodes of terrible pain and am only able to get relief with codeine or more. After a few days the pain is gone ..... I have had at least 6 episodes of this horrible tailbone pain in the past 3+ years. What are some of my options and what should I be asking my doc. Just getting T3's when it flares up doesn't seem to me to be a good long term solution.
