Good Morning, I Have Been Diagnosed With Graves Disease. I

Good morning, I have been diagnosed with Graves Disease. I have seen an Endocronologist and been on Carbomizole for about 4 weeks now. My levels have returned to within the acceptable range so my Carbomizole has been reduced from 20mg to 10mg per day. I still have mild symptoms but have now developed some vertigo, can this be related and should I go back to my GP?
