Good Morning I Have Tennis Elbow And Am Doing Ice,

Good morning
I have tennis elbow and am doing ice, acupuncture from Physio and ALL the excercises that are possible to do!
Also from time to time I take Ibroprofin but not often.
I have arrived in Spain and a tennis coach has said to try Nolotil.
I cannot find a UK equivalent. Could you tell me please what Nolotil is?
My tennis coach says it is wonderful!
