Good Morning. I’m In Severe Back Pain Haven’t Slept Over

Good morning. I’m in severe back pain haven’t slept over a hour and that’s after taking a muscle relaxer, 800 Motrin a nerve pill a 7.5 percet and the use of my pain pump that’s incerted inside of me. I’ve went to two doctors after looking at my mri whom said not to have surgery one bc it wouldn’t work long the other one said your bones are rubbing together in your back and I know you’re in pain but surgery it wouldn’t help and that I would just have to live and deal with the pain. Right now I’m going through a pain clinic in order to get medication and 15 weeks of traveling one hours forty five minutes for therapy on how to deal with pain and stress of chronic pain so I’m at a standstill and don’t know what to do but I feel there’s something that can be done. I do not want to give up but at this point I don’t know what to do any information you have I’m welling to hear. Thanks
