Good morning ! Itake this drug 5mg following aterectomy and stent insert op., a few months ago. Side effect from drug is bad ankle and leg swelling which mahes life difficult when walking can I reduce amount to 2.5mg ? I also enjoy a gin & tonic in the evening. I am 75
