Good Morning. My Daughter Has Been Woken With Severe Pain

Good morning. My daughter has been woken with severe pain in her side going up her neck, and says it also hurts to breathe. She's 23, generally healthy, healthy weight. This has occured most nights now for about a week. It generally subsides after a couple of hours.
