Good morning: My mother is 77 year old Colombian. Diagnosed with severe orthostatic hypotension. SS supine BP can be 200/110, sitting drops to about 150/90, standing drops to 80/40. All day long, and faints frequently from seconds to up to 45 minutes. Has been recently to hospital (Robert Wood Johnson Hos. in NJ) has recently had MRI of brain, 2 EEG's cognitive test, cardiac catherization extensive lab work, creatinine initially 1.8, but after fluids in hospital went to 1.1, abdominal CT scan, is currently on an event monitor, HR alwayw WNL. Currently on midodrine 2.5 mg BID hold for SBP>160, take clonidine 0.1 for SBP >180 (has only had totake once in the last two weeks.) She is weak, tired etc. HELP
