Good Morning, My Name Is Stella And I Was Wondering

Good morning,
My name is Stella and I was wondering if you could help me.
I have made a mistake with Nuvaring. I've used it for years and it's the first time I find myself in this situation. Normally I keep a nuvaring in for 3 weeks, I take it out the forth when I have the period and then I put a new one back in. This month for some stupid reason I took it out after 2 weeks instead of 3, I had the period and then I put a new Nuvaring in after a week time as I normally do. The problem is that I've anticipated the period without even knowing it. Am I still protected? Please let me know.
