Good Morning, Twenty Years Ago I Took A Bad Fall

Good morning, Twenty years ago I took a bad fall and landed on my back hitting the edge (point) of a cement block on the ground. This to say the least was as painful as a long labor! I saw my doctor who said I broke the muscle in my right butt cheek. I have a deep dent there to prove it Over the years (I am now 62) and after several MRI's, doctor visits, shots, etc. the pain is still there and the right leg I am now told is sciatica. The only relief I get is with Alleve, but can't take that forever. Target injections helped greatly but not longlasting. What else can be done to get relief, PT did not help either, Thank you. Maddy
