Good Morning, Can I Get Poisoned Through My Skin By

Good morning, can I get poisoned through my skin by using a hair remover cream, Veet ? My symptoms were bloated intestines , aching glands , could not eat . Or could the symptoms be caused by detox water ( water ,cucumber,mint and lemon) I do have a heart condition and are using daily - warfarin, ecotrin ,Specperindopril ,euthyrox and puresis. It is already day 4 . I am feeling better but tired , and don't feel like having food at all.
