Good morning doctor I am 20 weeks pregnent and I have gestational diabetes , I am under diet plan now 2 days in a row after dinner my sugar level is 7.6 ; fasting is always below 5 and 2 hours after lunch below 6 , only dinner is a problem ; from last 2 weeks only 2 readings are 7.6 rest of the time is below 6.5 should I worry or not ? Please help me
