Good Morning Doctor I Had Removed My Tonsills In May

I had removed my tonsills in May 2016.There was no any side effect till sept 2016. From sept i have regular cough at morning, breathlessness and dry mouth. I feel like something is in my throat.when i put my finger deep inside my mouth there is buds inside my throat without pain. The size of buds increasing day by day .is it tumer..I am afraid is there any chances of throat cancer ?
I never drink alcohol,never smoke and tobaco my age is 28.
