Good Morning , Doctor My Skin Issue Is Im Suffering

Good morning , doctor my skin issue is im suffering from skin allergy since 1month... allergy between middle of the fingers is more and itching more it is spreading all over the body day by day...im using lemon wash n everything Ayurvedic medicine also but also no change in my allergie day by day it increasing....so pls kindly give me a few suggestions to get rid of these allergy....thank u doctor....
