Good morning doctor

what is the difference between opexa gel 10 gms and 15 gms pack from user point of view. Is 10 gms pack is for single use. Price of 10 gms pack is Rs. 390 whereas that of 15 gms pack is Rs. 900 and still 15 gms pack is not available in the local shops most of the time. It is confusing. Or the composition is different?
