Good Morning Doctors. I Have A Feeling Like My Cheeks

Good morning doctors. I have a feeling like my cheeks are thick. i rank coffee twice cause i have to keep myself awake until now. i actually tried to clean my face with warm water. but this feeling is still here. i can't sleep now because of this. please help me
