Good Morning Dr.i Was On 10 Linsiniprol For 1 Yr.recently

Good morning dr.i was on 10 linsiniprol for 1 yr.recently taken off approximately 3 weeks due to it raising my potassium to 5.9.i suffered from ed from linisinprol.now I am on 5 amlodipine.ed still exists.can I try 5mg regiment of daily cialis and if so can or will it affect my vision or impair it?
