Good Morning For The Last Week My Blood Pressure Has

Good morning for the last week my blood pressure has been fluctuating from high to low. Plus due to my job I'm sitting for a long period of time and when I stand up, it feels like the blood is rushing to my head. I have had a CT scan done already ( no abnormalities found)plus I have had a cyst removed from the back of my neck that was no cancer.
