Good Morning I Was Punched In The Chest Yesterday Around

Good morning i was punched in the chest yesterday around 3pm I slept and it didn't get better got back home and took panadol and slept for 8 hours and still it doesn't feel better, its the center of my chest and it hurts badly when I sneeze or touch the area, the pain comes from the inside, is something damaged in my chest?
