Good Morning, My 11 Yr Old Granddaughter Has A Heavy

Good morning, my 11 yr old granddaughter has a heavy feeling headache in the front of her head with a pulse ranging 100 - 107 since about 10 pm Sunday night. Her blood pressure is 98/55, pulse 107. Last night her pulse was 116/71, pulse 100. She is overweight in obese range. She has asthma. Is this range dangerous? Should we go to ER or wait for doctor clinic to open. Thank you!
