I am a Pharm D student. i got 1 case from my working hospital.
the case was, 34 year old male patient was admitted in the general medicine due to the C/O weakness of upper and lower limb since 5 days.weakness is insidious in onset and progressive in nature.C/O head ache in the temporal region and c/o blurring of vision since 5 days.H/O convulsion 8 days back. He was an alcoholic since 10 years. Pallor was positive on examination.
CT scan of Brain is Normal
Actually the case was undiagnosed, let me know what actually the case was ?
