Good Morning Sir, I Have Some Swellings Under My Feet

Good morning sir, I have some swellings under my feet with a transparent and slippery liquid when busted. If allow to dry out, there is a resulting black spot that is difficult to fade out. I have taken doxycycline tablets and Amoxycline injections to no suitable solution. It stops of some months and surface again. Should I continue with these treatments. This spots have been on the soles of my feet for 10 year now. I am 40year old now. Here is my email
