Good Morning Sir, And Hi? I'm 38yrs And First Time

Good morning sir, and hi? I'm 38yrs and first time pregnant. My LMP was 08/08 which ran for 8-9days as usual. I was tested positive on 06/09,and since then I have been spotting that each day I will see light /dark red blood on my pad. In assumption, am about 6-7wks pregnant, but the gestational sacred is still not visible via scan(TVS).From the quantitative hcg conducted last week on two occasions, the result is that the fetus is falling off. The drugs am on right now are duphaston 10mg1-1,folic acid, dragon, vitamin c. Please am I not supposed to be placed on injection primolut for sometimes?Please your candid advice would be appreciated thanks.
