Good Morning Sir, My Mother Is Diagnosed With Lipohaemangioma Irt

Good morning sir, my mother is diagnosed with lipohaemangioma irt L5 vertebral body and mild diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1causing bilateral foraminal narrowing.she is suffering with severe back pain including right leg from past 6 months.she is on homoeo medicine for sciatica from last 5 months, pain reduced a bit ,but the pain aggravated now due to some household work Which is unbearable.can u please give me a suggestion on this aspects take further step.
