Good Morning, Woke At 5 Am With Itchy Forearm And

Good morning, woke at 5 am with itchy forearm and observed 1 inch long red welt about 1 mm wide with slight swelling and redness around the area,very itchy and sore then,another appeared just above Inside of elbow, not quite as bad, both still slightly itchy with swelling. I am immunosupressed on prograf, applied candula healing cream and phenergan cream, not sure if I need to do anything else. Thanks for help.
