Good morning yesterday after my 3 years old girl had a bath i was drying her and accidentally wiped her hard she got hurt and started to cry, after 2 hours when she went to pee i noticed few drops on her panties, i rushed to the ER examination didnt show anything do ultrasound show if i really hurt her badly i'm so confused
