Good night. I have been experiencing heavy phelm in my throat for months now. When my sinus is draining it's really hard to swallow even to the point that my airways feel like it is being cut off. Additionally I gargle for at least 5 minutes each morning with listerine and the phelm that comes up is brown. What could be my problem?
