Good Night Mister Doctor, Lately I've Been Getting Very Sensitive

Good night mister doctor, lately I've been getting very sensitive to the point i don't stop sneezing, mostly in the morning, everydays, i can't stop the sneeze and there was a time i sneezed so bad that i felt my vocal chord trembling probably and now my throat hurts, I've seen the back of my mouth theres no signs of red spots, touched the tonsil there's no swelling, I don't believe that is an inflammation because i even took strepsils and theres no relieve, I think that perhaps i have damaged a vochal chord and now it hurts the bottom of my throat but my voice is just fine, please help me telling me what i should do and if i'm right or wrong :/
