Good Pm.i'm Having Fever And Chills For 3 Days Now.and

Good pm.i'm having fever and chills for 3 days now.and I feel pain on the L lower part and side of my body. It''s not painful when I urinate but when I feel the urge , not too many comes out and i urinate frequently. By the way sir/mam I have lupus since i was 18 and now i'm 43 next month and i'm taking steroids on a low dose. I've been drinking lots of water and anti pyretic drug to reduce my fever but still fever and chills is on and off. I still can'take go for a check up because it' 's freezing cold outside. I' m here in canada. I do hope you can help me. What antibiotic should I take? Thank you and Godbless
