Goodafternoon Doc, Last 3years Ago, 2013, I Have A Regular

Goodafternoon doc, last 3years ago, 2013, I have a regular and heavy period that lasts 5-6days every month. I switched into a graveyard work schedule last 2013. I noticed that my period was changed. It lasts upto 2-3 days and it's very light. Until now I'm still having the same issue.. I never visit a doctor since the beginning of the changes. Please advise. Thank you..
