Got A 1:640 Speckled Pattern On ANA Test But Negative

Got a 1:640 speckled pattern on ANA test but negative for the anti-DS DNA test. I'm still dealing with chronic sinusitis. The mucus from that and my dry cough still gets yellow at times. Now my right eye is getting red at times but no itching. My doctor still wants me to continue with Prednisone 5mg. I don't know what can really help me.
