Got A Biopsy On Lip Swelling And Numbing Went Down

Got a biopsy on lip swelling and numbing went down after 4-5 days, but after a few laughs I feel as if I've stretched the wound and the stitches are no longer visible it seems as if I have big split now under a bunch of hard dried blood or a scab. Does this seem normal
