Got A Feeling Like Something Rolling Inside My Stomach. Motion

Got a feeling like something rolling inside my stomach. Motion is normal and semisolid. Routine test says everything normal-No amoeba,no cyst,no ova, 0-2 rbc and 1-2 PUS cells. It has been three days and i have chest burn especially soon after a meal since the onset of the trouble.
