Got Drunk Banged The Back Of My Head Can't Remember

Got drunk banged the back of my head can't remember anything next day couldn't stop being sick kept falling asleep bad headache runny nose and kept sneezing do I need to get checked out? Or was i just hungover? Neck hurts no bump in back of head just very sore when I touch it.
