Got Lab Work Back Today And My Liver Enzymes Were

Got lab work back today and my liver enzymes were elevated. I am scheduled for ultra sound tomorrow. I am 67 years old and never had a drink of liquor in my life. My father was an acholic and said I would never do this. I have taken a lot of Tylenol for arthritis pain,as I am unable to take ibuprofen . Should I be worried?
