Got My 18 Month Old Ears Peirced 2 Weeks Ago

Got my 18 month old ears peirced 2 weeks ago and just today we notice some dry blood on the front holes. I clean them twice a day and turn them with the solution and freshly washed hands. There is no redness or swollen at the areas, are they infected?
