Got Out Of Bed And Placed My Foot On Floor

Got out of bed and placed my foot on floor as usual. Severe pain in heel and top of foot when I tried to stand up. Iced it and also applied moist heat several times today...hurts terrible and can hardly stand to walk., sharp pain radiates around heel and hurts to touch around my ankle.
