Grade 1degeerative spondylolistheseis at L4/5 level with advanced bilateral facet joint changes ans pseudo disc bulging with high grade central canal stenosis. Narrowing of te left exit foramen and impingement of L4 nerve root likely accounting for the left-sided radicular symptom. Impingeet ofL5 nerve root in lateral recess at same level. What is the quick fix? I a 67 years of age?
