Grandchildren Came Over Slept In My Bed About A Month

Grandchildren came over slept in my bed about a month later I've noticed little red bumps on my skin . There is itching and I've had to take Benadryl . I do suffer with dermatographia and hot but these bumps are not related to the above. It seems like they won't heal and when I scratch them they bleed help
