Granddaughter, Age 6. Had Fever For A Day Or Two.

Granddaughter, age 6. Had fever for a day or two. Then sore throat. See some white spots on throat and tongue. Had headache and stomachache. We heard daycare had some kids with Hand, Foot and Mouth disease but not sure if that is it. She had temps from 101.2 to 102. 3. She gets feeling better but then it comes back. No blisters or rash on body. What do you think? email YYYY@YYYY
