Grandson Has A Rash On Most Of His Body It

Grandson has a rash on most of his body it is not raised, sore throat with red (looks like bumps). Not running a fever or feeling sick. He is still active hasn't felt bad. Just wondering if we can take care of it or go to doctor in the morning. Thanks
