Great Day, Last July 13,2015 I Had My Xray Examination

Great day,
Last July 13,2015 I had my xray examination and they seen it with nodule on my midlung,they ask me to take another xray which is for oblique view and diagnose with calcified granuloma.Is there a medication for this case of granuloma?
