I have been tested positive for Hepatitis B and this is my last reading dated 04th September 2015
Aged :-21.
just wanted to know how can i get it off the body as its said the immune system can over throw the hepatitis, and i have decided to get married but due to this the marriage is being at halt so please advice for the same

the girl is vaccinated by it, but is feared that she be infected by it and for the future as well
