Greetings Doctor! My Wife Delivered A Baby Girl On Sep

Greetings Doctor! My wife delivered a baby girl on sep 20th 2014. and its a C-Section, post delivery for 1.5months, she was living with no allergies. Immediately, she started getting Rashes, Hives. She consulted a Skin specialist and was treated with Avil and other medicine. However, during the treatment, she didnt had any rashes or hives. later on completing the 3 doses of medicine. she started getting the same problem. Pls suggest how to get rid of this problem. I live in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
