Greetings Dr. I experienced some problem with left top of foot . This has gotten worse and traveled from my foot to my knee. In 3 months no improvement, Stabbing pain was on the foot and now the pain has increased to involve unrelated skin. I have a problem with night sleep talking. I cannot connect a sore and extremely dry mouth.
