Greetings I Have A Finger Nail On One Hand That

Greetings I have a finger nail on one hand that is curling leaving a raised ridge in the center, not like a spoon nail as it's not shallow in the center but raised. I have also noticed another nail on the same hand starting to do the same thing could this relate to a underlying condition.
