Greetings, I Have A Serious Concern Involving A Large Group

Greetings, I have a serious concern involving a large group of people. At my work we have an annual basketball tournament. We have weekly games. After the third or fourth week an itch spread amongst the basketball players. That's including me. Since, the entire building, what literally seems like 100% of the people employed at the company have developed this particular itch. Hairline, nose, mouth, ears, back, legs and so forth. When it first started it was super intense. Not something I could ignore. I can tell it's the same for everyone else. No rash has ever developed. I do however have a red dot, brighter than a pimple, on the tip of my nose. I've felt super contagious after I noticed that whatever this is has spread like wildfire. To alleviate the itch I've used h202 and started a detox immediately. The itch for me has died down to a very mild once in a while itch. However, if I stand, even 6ft away from someone at my work, I can literally feel the virus/bacteria landing on my skin resulting in a severe itch immediately after. I haven't been able to focus this entire time so I really hope you guys have some answers. Also, how do I protect my local doctor from me possibly being highly contagious?
