Greetings, I've Had This Feeling Of A Giant Gas Bubble

Greetings, I've had this feeling of a giant gas bubble in the upper region of my stomach. I have been relieving gas with no problem. But every time I do I feel good for a moment and then it feels like it got bigger. I also got my period twice in July. The second being more heavy worse cramping and just angry the whole time. What could it be?
