Grown Daughter Trying On Boots. Pulled Something In Right Leg

Grown Daughter trying on boots. Pulled something in right leg behind knee. Has gotten worse. Was lying on bed but couldn't move her leg. Has taken ibuprofen so pain lessened but says knee feels like it needs oil. I had to move her leg for her. Can it be a torn ligament? Ice? I used an analgesic cream on it earlier. Don't want to use heat now til that wears off. Move it or don't? She has a business presentation tomorrow. We are 7 hrs away from home. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
