Gud Evng Doctor My Last MSP Dt Is 02 Mar

Gud evng doctor my last MSP dt is 02 mar 16 .i was checked n found positive (pregnent) but from sunday spotting colour black type comes in a small quantity when i urine .doctor checked and told me that no heart beat heard yet .i have taking a tab sustain .doctor said that u hve to come after 3 days.if not in control than he said we do abortion.what can i do?can i go for another doctor?
