HEAD-I Have A Prominent Palpation That Started Near My Right

HEAD-I have a prominent palpation that started near my right ear. It has come, and gone a few times. It goes putt,puttt, putt, putt putt then fades out where I can tell it is most likely from a heart beat. Not exerting myself at the time it happens except for standing. I have Hypertension.
